The room is big, new, and has an awesome view of the sea 🌊. It's located right by the beach in a safe area, which is fantastic.

Everything was great, had a really great stay for three nights. The room was exceptional and beautiful with a nice view, bathroom and balconies. The location was amazing, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Gai Beach Water Park.

This hotel is in the tradition of the grand, old-style resorts. Top notch service, lots of amenities, family- and group-friendly. It's right on the beach too, and right near downtown Tiberias (we were there off-season and only using it as home base for roadtrips around the countryside, so Tiberias wasn't the main attraction for us). Good buffet, mostly Israeli and comfort style food. The rooms were as spacious as we'd encountered in Israel, as were the bathrooms. If you're looking for trendy boutique hotel, then this probably isn't for you. But if you want a nice, traditional hotel with good service and on the beach and with spas and parking, this is a good bet.

We loved our choice and will definitely return here.

The hotel, location and view on the Sea Galilee.

I found the hotel's location excellent and lovely, just next door to incredibly down-everything from the bathrooms, the Sea of Galilee, and shops. There was pizzeria Coffee Cap Espresso Bar, that I found within 10 minutes' walk of the venue. A wide array of food items served for delicious and savoury breakfast.

Perfect location right on the water's edge. Plus, it's super close to the Sea of Galilee, the city center, and the beach 🌊.

We were really disappointed with the hotel. Actually, we were going to stay two nights and we decided to cancel one night and to leave.

The furniture and accomodation of the room was ugly. It was not absolutely the one of a 5 star hotel.

the location was lovely, 10 min walk from bus station. the rooms were comfortable quiet and top-class with balconies with comfortable beds.

I asked for a queen room and the one given was well-equipped and gorgeous. the location turned out to be magnificent and beautiful, next to the sea. - Near many major attractions including a large water park, shops, and restaurants.

We loved the tranquility of the location and the comfort of the rooms.

We felt that general cleanliness around the public rooms in the hotel was too slow. Dirty glasses and plates were left on tables on the terrace where a hotel of that standard should see that all tables, reclining chairs, etc., were clean and clear at all times.
